Toni Andrews has been part of the Co-design team at Young Scot since 2014, now as one of the Co-design Managers, and is responsible for the successful delivery of the co-design service within Young Scot and supporting the team to deliver a multitude of projects, helping to empower young people to work together with organisations from across Scotland to influence the design and delivery of policy, strategy and services. Before joining Young Scot Toni was based in the Children and Families directorate at the Scottish Government, and attained a degree in service and product design at the Glasgow School of Art.
