With a passion for model engineering and horology, Tim left school at 16 to work at a small sub-contract machining company in St. Albans. After 3 years he set up Bittleston Ltd and went on to purchase his former employers’ business and another sub-contractor before selling the business in 2009. He now runs BitzList smart factory systems. His dream is to build a digital factory and supply chain on an open-book model that can rapidly scale to handle any engineering design and build project.
