Sean is a graduate in engineering and management studies from Edinburgh Napier University. He spent the first 13 years of his career in the medical device industry in numerous manufacturing, engineering and project management roles. He then moved to Ireland to take on an operations leadership role in Ireland with one of the world’s largest providers of diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices. For the past 7 years Sean has had site operational leadership responsibility for 2 high volume packaging business in Scotland. Throughout his career Sean has sought to use innovative technologies and systems to continuously improve the business, for the benefit of the product end user.
