Rachel Jones is Head Dragon at SnapDragon Monitoring, a business she founded to fight fakes and trademark infringement online, having been stung by counterfeiters herself. The team of 30 now work with global brands to keep customers, revenues and reputations safe online, and have recently launched DIY software to empower even the smallest business. SnapDragon’s proprietary tech won a Queen’s Award for Innovation last year, and Rachel was recently appointed a director of Equity Gap.
