With a strong track record of operational success, Rachael works extensively to support creative entrepreneurs and social enterprises to develop, grow and scale their business. Rachael was appointed Chief Executive of the Cultural Enterprise Office in July 2016, having previously served as a Performance Adviser with Inspiring Scotland, Social Entrepreneur in Residence with Social Investment Scotland, and Creative Director of Our Creative World.
