Woking in a historic naval shipyard at Rosyth Dockyard, Nick is responsible for bringing new technologies and ways of thinking to continue the transformation into a digitally enabled “Smart Yard” for Advanced Manufacturing.
Nick started with Babcock 9 years ago as a graduate Mechanical Engineer but has spent the last 6 years working with marine sites in Devonport, Bristol and Faslane in various improvement / transformation roles. Recently appointed as Innovation Manager, Nick gets to combine his passion for technology with change management experience to encourage others to seek out and embrace more effective ways of working.
