Michael spent 12 years as owner and managing director of a yacht management company before taking on the role of general manager of refurbishment engineering for Renewable Parts Ltd. In this role Michael has been helping to develop a circular economy within the UK wind industry and in doing so he has built a small, multiskilled workforce who can handle an extremely varied workload.
