Jillian is a business professional with specialist expertise in business transformation, human resource management, strategy and business planning. Having spent 20 plus years in Scottish Enterprise in various business development, inward investment, training and strategic relationship management roles, Jillian is currently Head of Open Innovation. Jillian is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and is currently Chair of River Clyde Homes, a large SRL in Inverclyde. Jillian has held previous Board appointments within the further education and social enterprise sectors.
