Jerome currently leads the M4.0 Service within the Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service. working with a wide range of businesses focused on developing a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence whilst developing and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies.
Jerome has played a key role as one of the first SMAS team members in setting up and establishing SMAS across Scotland. Jerome has provided leadership for several key strategic roles within SMAS as well as wider roles within Scottish Enterprise building a strong network of industrial partners and businesses.
Jerome has also been a key speaker at several global operational excellence conferences in Europe as well as the UK.
Prior to SMAS Jerome developed a strong manufacturing background with over 21 years experience in operational management roles with Grand Metropolitan, Johnson and Johnson and The Glenmorangie Whisky Company.
