An inspiring, engaging international speaker and passionate advocate for the future of learning and work, Esther discusses the impact of frontier and emerging technology on society with a focus on how Government, business, educators and policy makers need to rapidly rethink skills, learning and hiring in the fourth industrial revolution.

Her thought-provoking talks focus on how frontier tech innovation, an open Metaverse and web3 can be used for positive societal impact and to ensure the critical, growing skills gap is closed for young people worldwide.

Esther is regularly invited to speak at major international events including; SXSW, Athens Democracy Forum with New York Times, Meta and Microsoft, One Young World, UNESCO LearningPlanet and SLUSH – world’s leading startup event. Prior speaking engagements also include Taylor Wessing; Enter the Metaverse and the Richmond Finance & IT Directors Forum, Coca-Cola and Zeno Group.

Esther is an expert contributor to papers including the UK House of Lords ‘Skills For Every Young Person’ Select Committee report (2021) and the Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies; Metaverse Delphi (2022), Esther has most recently been featured in Tech Exec and Elite Business magazine and World Economic Forum Centre for New Economy and Society.

Esther was part of the first all-female De-Fi delegation to the European Parliament, FCA hackathon contributor on digital assets and has 20+ years of experience across UK Govt, Local Authority, IGO, NGO, NDPBs, CSR, ESG, the arts, culture, music, and third sectors.

Esther is also a Global Tech Advocates Advisory Board Member, an Associated Organisation for the Coldplay Music of the Spheres tour comprising a 30k strong global network of industry-leading experts, commentators and tech entrepreneurs shaping the Future of Work, a Board Member at GTA Future of Work and GTA Metaverse Lead and a Non-Exec for Hope Solutions environmental sustainability management for leading global artists, festivals and events.

In her ‘spare’ time, Esther is a qualified Level2 British Triathlon Coach, endurance athlete, Level3 Sports Therapist and open water swim lover.
