Colin Lindsay is Professor of Work and Employment Studies at Strathclyde Business School. He teaches human resource management at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. He has been conducting research with organisation on job quality and workplace innovation for more than twenty years. He is currently working with Scottish companies on how employee engagement strategies can support employee-led innovation.
