Andy runs Oxido, a Glasgow-based technology consulting and software development company covering a range of solutions and use cases. Prior to founding Oxido, Andy’s career covered logistics, technology and consulting across start-ups and multi-nationals. Oxido have been involved in 5G since 2017, supporting the Catapult community, Universities, local authorities and other public sector bodies in preparing for, and understanding use cases for, 5G technologies. Oxido contributed the Scottish section of Digital Catapult’s ‘5G Nation: The UK 5G Ecosystem 2018’ report. Most recently Andy has been supporting academic and government organisations in coming together to create greater impact through 5G in Scotland.
Outside work, Andy’s biggest focus is on enjoying life with family – preferably outdoors.
