Andy is responsible for leading teams to deliver Scottish Enterprise support for the growth of the Low Carbon Economy in Scotland, working closely with public and private sector partners, regionally, nationally and globally to address climate change around the theme of Climate Opportunity. Andy’s role is to engage at the highest levels with industry, government and key stakeholders in Scotland, UK and internationally to ensure Scottish Enterprise plays a key role in positioning Scotland as a leading European location for developing and manufacturing technologies and to help shape these important contributions to the Scottish Government ambition to achieve a net zero carbon economy by 2045 through a just, fair and inclusive transition.
