Allan has over 15 years of experience in the defence and aerospace industry with varied roles across advanced technology and R&D. His most recent role was as Head of Missions for Clyde Space, here in Glasgow, leading the company’s efforts to design and deliver nanosatellites into orbit. In June 2018, Allan set up R3 IoT, along with fellow Clyde Space alum Kevin Quillien. The company, recent winners of Scottish Edge, provides advanced satellite communications services for organisations operating in remote locations.
